Presentamos tres casos de cardiopatía congénita diagnosticados por ecocardiografía intraútero a las 32, 32, y 18 semanas de gestación respectivamente. Se confirma el diagnóstico de S. de corazón izquierdo hipoplásico en los dos primeros casos al nacer y se discute el tercero, compatible con el mismo síndrome. Abstract Three cases of congenital cardiopathy diagnosed by prenatal echocardiography at 32, 32 and 18 weeks of pregnancy are reported. The diagnosis of hypoplastic left heart syndrome was confirmed at birth in the two first cases and the third was discused, being compatible with this syndrome.
