Se presenta el caso clínico de una niña afecta de Leishmaniosis Visceral, comentando los datos clínicos, evolutivos y terapéuticos, haciendo mención especial en los aspectos epidemiológicos. Abstract The authors present a child patient affected with Visceral Leishmaniosis. The clinical, evolutive and therapeutic aspects of this disease are analized with special reference to the epidemiological aspects.
