Hepatitis colostática por virus A. A propósito de un caso

Se comunica un niño de 12 años con hepatitis por virus de la hepatitis A. Presentó una forma colostática con ictericia elevada y prurito muy intenso. La evolución fue favorable hacia curación total. Los autores apuntan la necesidad de descartar las obstrucciones extrahepáticas y la hepatitis tóxica por fármacos. Abstract A 12 years old boy with hepatitis by hepatitis A virus. Ne showed a cholestatic form mith high jaundice and intense pruritus. The follow-up was favourable to the total healing. The authors point at the need for ruling out the extrahepatic obstructions and the toxic hepatitis by drugs.
