Se presenta un caso de distrofia torácica asfixiante diagnosticada al nacimiento, muriendo a los 4 meses de edad con insuficiencia respiratoria restrictiva. Los hallazgos clínicos y radiológicos que se encontraron son los típicos de esta rara entidad. Los autores realizan el diagnóstico diferencial con otras condrodisplasias. Abstract One case of asphyxiating thoracic dysthrophy is described, having been diagnosed at birth and dying at the age of 4 months with restrictive respiratory insufficiency. He presented he typical clinical and radiological fidings of this rare entity. The authors realize differential diagnosis with other osteochondrodysplasias.
